In this class, we explore mindfulness using mindfulness meditation called Shodaigyo. Shodaigyo guides participants through three forms of mindfulness meditation as well as the reflection on the meditation experience itself. Each session includes a calming meditation, chanting meditation, and an awareness meditation guided thoughtfully by Krista. After the conclusion of the meditation, we will have some time to discuss our experiences and reflect on the simplicity of meditation and mindfulness in everyday life.
All sessions are online using the Zoom App. Before joining a Zoom meeting on a computer or mobile device, you can download the Zoom app from our Download Center.
